We are sorry you are having issues with your equipment. The refurbished equipment you purchased from GainSaver is covered by a 30 day satisfaction warranty. It may also be covered under an extended warranty, if you purchased one.
Should your system malfunction during the warranty period, you can return it to GainSaver by requesting an RMA number.
NOTE: Physically damaged product will void all warranty/store credit and product will not be replaced or refunded.
